Description

For the use in professional kitchens and production facilities, we developed ChocoFoil Professional. It offers maximum freedom of application and economical processes.

ChocoFoil Professional (5 m long and 26 cm wide, each 26 cm x 15 cm embossed areas separated by a 3 mm wide line, rolled up, for single use). Made in Switzerland.

Application

By a simple “stamping process” you transfer the structures of the foil to your sweet creations.

With a little bit of chocolate know-how, ChocoFoil works with almost any standard chocolate, couverture or dark glaze.
