DecoRoyal® Icing Sheets from Kopyform are free of E171 (titanium dioxide) and are made from starch, sugar and water.
The absence of palm oil and the ease of processing make it an attractive and affordable edible paper. It has a sweet and slightly lemony taste.
DecoRoyal® Icing Sheets are particularly thin, flexible and can be easily processed in inkjet printers. It allows for easy printing while producing high-quality results every time.
Icing sheets are suitable for decorating all cake surfaces, including cream and butter cream cakes. We recommend, when used on cream and buttercream, to form an intermediate layer under the edible paper, for example, a very thin layer of chocolate coating. All applications should be tested before producing a large batch.
Caution: We suggest to place the cake topper only moments before presentation of the cake. Cakes decorated with Icing Sheets must not be stored in a cake box or moist refrigeration.
The thickness of DecoRoyal® Icing Sheets is approx. 0.45 – 0.55 mm.
One pack in A4 format contains 20 sheets.
An unopened pack is best before 24 months (from date of production). Store dry at 18 – 22 °C.
